How to connect to a site slowed by 1000s of users at once?

How's it going, I'm not very tech-savvy when It comes to the Internet. I'm trying to find a way to gain an advantage connecting to Nikestore.com . I'm not sure if there are any avid Jordan collectors, but on specific releases, the shoe is listed on midnight and is usually sold out within a minute. It gets so busy it is usually impossible to add them to the shopping cart. I'm looking for tips on how I can make my browser (google chrome) faster than the average persons, so I can successfully order the shoes before they are bought by everyone across the country

I'm afraid that is impossible. In fact, any html-session is 'stateless'. Or, said otherwise, there is no connection.
And there is no really good way to speed up your browser either.
