Too many Packets Received?

I have recently noticed that my Belkin router seems to lose connection frequently. I dug further into this issue, and noticed that I have received, what I think, is too many packets within 21 hours. This has been happening for a long time, but this is the highest I have ever seen it. I am looking for assistance in this matter.

I found out that another computer on my network had been downloading a lot, so my question has been answered.
