ISP Throttles My connection

Hi i have recently upgraded my broadband with orange but now find my streams throttled and totaly un watchable can i get out of this contract. I have emailed orange only to get a reply all about the fair usage policy my connection is worse than i used to get on the old dial up before we had broadband. Have been with orange since it was freeserve and never had problems before.

including me don't know what orange is. Nor do we know what your previous speed is or your current speed.

"However, be warned that you'll be tied to your decision for 18 months. Orange came in below average in our survey for reliability and ease of setup, and ratings for its technical support and overall customer satisfaction was remarkably poor. PlusNet's Extra package costs about the same but comes with better approval from our survey respondents".

That review was back in 2011 so things may have changed since then, but only you know what contract you signed.

If you've gone over your D/L limit and you're stuck in the contact you'll have to wait to the next month contract data, pay for more bandwidth or pay your way out of the contract if you're stuck in it.

I may have to wait a couple more months but i will certainly be looking at buying out of this contract. only thing i mainly use internet for is streaming English Premiership football.
