That's Bring your own Device. Meaning that if I want to "work" on my new Ipad at the office in stead of using the company PC, that's allowed. And, of course, that new Ipad has 4G directly to the provider, and connection that doesn't use that annoying site-blocking company webserver at all. So I can play all the games I want when at work also.
There's a small disadvantage: I have to pay for the 4G connection myself. But the money I make while working this way is more than what I pay the provider. Well, you can't have it all.
Yes, I love that BYOD policy also.
