Am I missing anything?

I live in Orange County, CA and am looking for the best option for broadband service. I understand that because I use Netflix I'll need at least 3Mbps to avoid much buffering. I've looked at Verizon DSL, Time Warner cable, and Clear. My favorite would be Clear, but their $35/mo service is limited to 1.5Mbps. Of the 3 choices Verizon is the best deal for what I need... my question is am I missing another option I haven't thought of?

TWC had a 2 year 66 buck a month deal which has some 10Mbps internet and phone service. I'm not sure your 35 dollars included the phone.
