2Wire gateway reboots

Hi guys,
Here is the problem. I have a QWEST 2Wire 2701HG-D gateway (modem/router in one). Every time I try to go online, it reboots itself. I cannot even go the setup page (192.168.xxx.xxx)! When I try that IP, it reboots! The problem is with the firewall (ZoneAlarm) or with the computer, because I get the same problem on 3 different computers with the same modem, but I don't have this problem with a Netgear modem. I get this error message:

Any help will be appreciated.

There is an issue with Vista's Broadcast Flag with some routers but since you can turn that off and you can uninstall Zone Alarm, you do have things you can try.

Hi,
Thanks for your response. I use Windows XP, not Vista. There has been a miss-type in my question. It's "The problem is NOT with the firewall (ZoneAlarm) or with the computer..." So the problem is not with the firewall. I tried the router with a computer that does not have a firewall, same thing happens.
