Not receiving packets even though my LAN shows connected

Hi all,
I have searched and found my such posts and have spent better part of my last two days trying to figure out a solution but I am nowhere near to getting a fix.
Couple of days back, I was surfing on my laptop and suddenly the internet stopped working. My roommate's line was working fine so I thought maybe its a problem with my line and I tried to hook my laptop up at his line and yet it wouldn't work. The LAN shows connected and repairs fine, however I don't see any packets being received. Wifi access works fine though.
I have taken this dump of ipconfig /all when I was connected to my LAN. Request anyone to pls help me fix this. Thanks!
