Vonage Call Block

Hi,

I want to block calls from a specific caller on my Vonage account. The calls show up on my Vonage dashboard as "RESTRICTED." If I enable call block on Vonage, it says it will block the following types of calls. Since RESTRICTED isn't on the list, does that mean it won't be blocked? TIA. Rita

I have the same problem. Vonage will only block "anonymous" calls. If callers identify themselves Vonage won't block them.

This is a good opportunity for some enterprising code monkey to sell a nice little patch. I'd sure pay for it.

I will be switching to another VOIP like comcast or verizon if they dont add specific call block soon! DND is worthless
