Live Webcast Questions

Hello,
I just have a general inquiry on the quality of live streaming video and what factors it depends on.
I work for a high end real estate company and I am trying to show several buyers a property through live streaming video on a portal website. Essentially, I want my buyers to be able to log onto this site at the same time and be able to view my live stream from webcam of the real estate I am selling. Due to the situation, there is no way I can prerecord anything- I need it to be a live webcast.
For this specific use I need the quality of my webcam stream to be as high as possible, even though I will possibly be carrying the camera (hand held) as I move around the property. I need my prospective buyers to be able to see the property as clearly as possible from a live stream.
I was wondering if there was a specific webcam that is built for this type of work that will give me the best live streaming image possible. Also, is it possible to attach a webcam like this to a PDA or portable device that has a broadband card so that I can carry the webcam around? What type of broadband quality is neccesary to have a good quality and no-lag stream, and can this be achieved through a PDA broadband card? (which card if so?).
Thank you so much for your help,
David
