Program automator to leave an app open for a specified time?

I've created a program in automator to open and close Safari; however, it just opens and closes it in rapid succession. I can't figure out a command to keep the application open for a few seconds before closing it, so that the site I'm on registers a web hit. Can anyone help?

Sounds like click jacking to me.
