Problem after downloading AppCleaner

HELP

AppCleaner deleted files i need. Links in emails do not display correctly now. I want to restore everything that it deleted, and remove the app.

MacBook Pro (pre Retina) 2.4 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo, 4GB 1067 MHz DDR3

please help, i am freaking out!!

Apple has their fine time capsule, we have hit very low prices on memory sticks and we have free gigabytes in the clouds.

What happened to your backups?
