Safari replaces colon with slash when saving webarchives

When I save a page as webarchive in Safari (or as source or PDF from the print-dialog), Safari automatically fills in the filename from thr page-title.

In the past I had a setting where Safari would replace a colon in the title with "space + hyphen" in the filename.

Since quite a while it replaces colons with a slash.

Is there a Terminal-command to change this?
