download attachment "save as" in Safari

I have a question about Safari. When I download an attachment from an email, I want to choose which folder it goes into every time. Right now, I know how to change which folder it goes into, but it still goes into that folder no matter what. Is there a "save as" function like in Chrome where I can select a different location (and change the file name) every time I download an attachment?

the download folder is selected in the Preferences.
Under General, Save Downloaded Files to

It defaults to Downloaded Files folder but you can change that to suit yourself.

There is no "Save as" option that I know of in Safari
