General Mac software discussions forum: Looking for old mac software?

I know this might belong in the Classic forum, but I thought this was a better fit. Sorry if this is not the right place!

When I was younger, the kids had an old Macintosh Performa that ran what is now OS Classic. We really only used it for games, not word processing or art, and I've been trying to track down one of the old games we used to play.

I unfortunately can't remember the name or the company or anything like that. It was a world that wasn't Earth, and I want to say was something like a cloud cuckoo land or something. There was a 'headquarters' area where the protagonist, some brightly colored and vaguely humanoid cartoon character, explained that maybe a crime had been committed or a mystery needed to be solved, and we had to help him/her find the clues. The clues were discovered after playing the 'mini-games' and there were a number of different games... One of which was a kind of air field, with 6 or 7 different planes of different colors, where you had to set up a flight schedule to make the planes fly in certain orders and do certain tricks. Another one involved little critters that you had to place in the stadium, and each of the 6 or so critters would do a certain action or movement, so you had to find ways to clear the stadium or create certain patterns. Anyway, once you got all the clues you went back to headquarters and used them to solve the mystery. I think the suspects were all like the protagonist, very brightly colored, vaguely humanoid, with wild hair and lipstick and such. It was definitely a cartoon-style game.

I know this is kind of a silly thing but I am just wondering if anyone here can help me find it. It's hard without the name and I've already done some searching on my own, but not too successful.
