Email Marketing Software??

I am wanting to do bulk email marketing from my mac and want a good program to design and manage my subscription/email list.

and what is a good program that will enable me to design a newsletter formatted so its a inline htm newsletter in a email.

You can try the mailchief to manage your email list to distribute and if you wan to design a newsletter, you can download a dreamwaver which is good for you to edit

I would suggest you KoobooMail, which is extremely easy-to-use, and cost effective. Is has downloadable version and online version. The online version can compatible with Mac. It allows you to manage lists easily and provide a series of pre-designed newsletter templates and even provide customized version! Their site is : http://www.kooboomail.com.
