Rip/convert audio only (to mp3 or AAC) from .m4v video?

I have some concert videos and would like to rip/convert certain tracks (audio-only) to mp3 for playback in my car or burning to CD. I have several ripping programs, including Toast 11 and Handbrake, but I cannot find a menu process for an audio-only rip from a video disc or file.

Any solutions?

I usually get good music from a video by converting this video to audio directly,but it seems the music's audio effect is not good as what I want.So I want to know if you mean you can use that software to separate the audio track out of the video file now?
