Clarification request: Depends on the browser
From your question, I guess that you are looking for an ability to change fonts on the internet pages in a browser. When you open a page and the font is too small, press command and + on your keyboard. If it is too big, press command and -. Some browsers (Firefox 6, iCab) have custom plus and minus that can be put on the toolbar by going to View>toolbars>customize. I guess, only new Camino allows for resizing the pictures, whereas all others only change font size.
If you want to change font size on the filenames, folder names, desktop icons, etc., go to Finder>View>show view options>text size. Please be aware that the main menu (Finder) on the top of the screen has a set font that cannot be changed.
Generally, the glasses also help ))). This is what I use.
