Help recovering deleted emails from outlook for Mac 2011 ?

Accidentally permanently deleted 500 emails on Friday from the junk box.

Do I have any hope of recovering them from a server? or the hard drive

Any help gratefully received.

1. http://www.google.com/search?q=outlook+-express+undelete+-exchange tells about programs that might possibly help. I'm afraid most are for Windows, but you have a good reason to go searching through the hits to find one that runs on a Mac.
2. It might be easier to retrieve these mails from a backup version of your .pst-file.

Just access it and go back in time to a date before Friday.

Find the Junk Folder and Restore it

Simple.

You can recover your outlook mails on Mac using Stellar Phoenix Mac Entourage Recovery software. It can bring back all your emails, tasks, notes, contacts, journals, and attachments.

stellar phoenix recovery for mac outlook 2011

Hi,

I am in the same boat, I deleted outlook emails 1 month ago that I now need.

Stellar phoenix brought up a bunch of files, but not outlook at all...

any more thoughts?

My cousin suggested me the best recovery software that he had used to recover outlook emails. I have lost my outlook emails recently but got recovered soon by using Remo software. I have recovered all my emails with components and attachments also.
