Mail - continously rejects passwords

Hi guys
Here's another issue I'm having with mail... 1.3.11 (v622) on ver 10.3.9
I have 4 accounts and two are regularly rejecting passwords with the below message:

The POP server mail.tpg.com.au rejected the password for user lbruiser
Please re-enter your password, or cancel.
----
I've done the keychain repair (didn't need it), I tick the boxes, etc....
Any tips.
