Is Aimersoft DRM Media converter a legit program?

I read about this drm-removal program from yahoo answers, and it looks like it'll work. I am wondering if its a rip-off (it costs $35) or if it will actually remove the drm from movies like amazon video on demand so I can watch them on my iPod or iPad. Thanks for your help.

And the forum policies forbid discussion of such removal.

But here's a big clue. If the company will not answer your pre-sales questions then imagine how bad support is.
