Sound problems with DVD burned from Windows Movie Maker

Background: I've edited my first movie in Windows Movie Maker. When I burn to DVD, I lose sound. Why? How do I fix this?

I have Windows Vista on a 64 bit Lenovo computer.

Do I need additional DVD burning software to keep the sound quality?
