vcd not burn

when i want to make a cd of recorded tab, & pressed the VCD burn option on candy cam ist give the massage insert the a blank CD in CD drive, i Insert it but the massege is same, the Source Drive is empty & drive Speed nothing display.

i have sony handycam HC32E & My CD Writer is Sumsung 48x, 24x, 10x, reading speed 48x, writting speed 24x
rewritable cd speed 10x.

pls help me
how i can make the CD our recorded tap
