0x800CCC0F when adding accounts in Outlook

Help. I have seen many threads on this error message, but I only get it when I add an 8th email account in Outlook. No errors as long as I stay with 7 or less email accounts to send and receive. Anybody any suggestions?

I vaguely remember some oddity but it eludes me.

Try putting 0x800CCC0F into google.com for the usual issues.

check to see if you have 2 default address and remove 1 and also check to see if you can connect to the internet.
