Stop Office 2010 from reading e-mails

I use Mailwasher Plus (MP) to preview my email. I don't want them to be read into Microsoft Outlook 2010 until I have deleted all the junk off the server which MP does. Where is the default to prevent the automatic read in Outlook 2010 mail so that I can screen them in MP first.

When they have been screened by MP (deleted from the server) I will click on the "Send/Receive All Folders" when I want to see them.

Changing the email address or other account configuration is an unacceptable solution as I have seven accounts.

I'd make sure Outlook isn't running first

You can use MSCONFIG to keep Outlook from starting at boot time, if it's doing that. If you have it running for whatever reason, X it out before running Mailwasher, then start it back. I assume you're aware that you can set up rules in Outlook to filter out most of the junk too.
