Help me (temporarily) lock myself out of my email account!

This might seem like a bit of a weird request but hopefully some creative mind can come up with an idea.
I want to lock myself out of my Yahoo account, for a month or two.
I recently applied to some schools, and I'm supposed to find out of the decisions of all of them via email. The schools have everything they need and have been instructed to call me if they have questions. But, the official decisions will come via email.
The problem is---I'm totally obsessed and can't stop checking the email account in question. Probably 50 times a day I sign in. It's really ruining my productivity. The thing is: whenever I get these decisions, I won't have to make a decision until April or even May, no matter what the decisions are.
So what I want, is to lock myself out of my account, to where I can't get in anymore. I want to do this for the next month or two, so that I can force myself to focus on other things.
Yet when those two months are over, I want to be able to get back into my account and find out what the decisions are.
So, how do I do this? how do I change my password, without knowing what it is; how do I change the security questions, without remembering the answers; and how do I do all of this in a way where I can be able to get back in later, and yet in a way where in my moment of greatest weakness, I won't be able to get into my account?
Help me people!
