can you retrieve an account that you deleted in mozilla thun

I accidentlly deleted an account to set up a new one in thunderbird email and now I lost all the info in the old account. is there a way to get it back?

If it isn't on your hard disk anymore (did you search for it in your users Appdata folder?) it might still be on your backup of that folder. Or didn't you backup your mail, contacts, add-ons and settings?
