Microsoft outlookk Express bounce back error 552

This issue is annoying me. couple of month, I switched my companies Internet service to AT&T uverse and after few days I started getting this error randomly

"Your message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients.
Subject: Information Requested: Human Retinal Endothelial Cells
Sent: 2/29/2012 8:30 AM
The following recipient(s) cannot be reached:
'vganapat@georgiahealth.edu' on 2/29/2012 8:30 AM
552 sid:fsWG1i0063NE8AL01:Message rejected for spam or virus content
'James' on 2/29/2012 8:30 AM
552 sid:fsWG1i0063NE8AL01:Message rejected for spam or virus content"

I do not get this error for every email but few. I even checked there are some error when there is nothing attached and been send internally to local email.

the bounce back is instant in matter of microseconds and if I restart outlook.. the email is sent fine.

this issue stopped few weeks ago but is back again today.

And then I finally posted in this forum to seek some help and resolve this issue because the Marketing deaprtment uses email regularly and can not be having this error for all email.

Please Help.
