Email Solution for our Buisness

We would like to find software that will save emails both sent and received to our office server. This would allow us to delete old emails from our Inbox without loosing the email entirely.

It would also be nice if the software could organize the email into different folders based on the Subject Line.

Is there anything out there like that? I appreciate any help!

Try Google apps

Gmail for Business works great from my experience.
Not the regular gmail, but Google Apps Gmail.
You can add third party solution for Email backup to comply with regulation etc.
Its free for organization with up to 25 users.
Plus you get awesome calendar and Google Talk.
