Outlook 2010 Pop Up HELP?

Everytime I open a message a pop up opens. It is a File Download pop up that says
Do you want to save this file?
Name: super long and different each time eg (B6306bfd-c106-4e5s-987e-7406894222.html
Type: Firefox HTML 10.2kb
From:C\Users\PC\App Data\Local\Microsoft\Wind...

and my options are save or cancel?
How can i get rid of this?

I can't tell enough from the partial clue but I'd take Grif's advice next at Then Please Try This.. - CNET Spyware, viruses, & security Forums

That should detect any pests.

That actually is how it showed up and i couldnt read the rest!

If you are using Windows 7 or Vista: Note: You need to set Internet Explorer as default and verify the problem is fixed. If you prefer a different browser, you can set it as default later. 1. Open Internet Explorer. 2. On the Tools menu, click Internet Options. 3. Click the Advanced tab, and then click the Reset button. 4. On the Programs tab, under Internet programs, click Set Programs, then "Set your Default Programs", select your e-mail program and click "Set this program as Default". Repeat for Internet Explorer. 5. Click OK and close the dialogs.
