How can I setup multiple email accounts in Outlook 2007?

In older versions of Outlook, we could setup email accounts for each person in the family. When Outlook was started, a window would appear with the family members names and we could select one and their account would load with their own Inbox and folders, etc. Is there a way to setup the same or similar process in Outlook 2007 so that each person's email account is distinct and private rather than multiple Inbox folders ?

...then I'm open to suggestions on how to handle multiple peoples accounts in Outlook 2007 in lieu of creating multiple Windows accounts.

Profiles?

On the Microsoft Outlook solution center web site, it talks about setting up Profiles. Its not clear but is this how I would accomplish the above?

That's definitely the way to go.

http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc179062.aspx is rather technical, but tells you exactly what to do.
