How to send a message through DOS to another local PC if it
"access denied"

Is there is any legal possible to send msg through Dos-Promt

Which i mean without any illegal method like; breaking password,ect.

What version of DOS? Or do you mean the "command prompt" in Windows XP or Windows Vista?

And what's the role of "access denied" in your question? What are you trying to access, how and why?
