Windows Fax problem

I am running Windows XP Pro SP2. I am using its FAX program.

I am trying to have the "Fax Monitor" come up auomatically when I send a fax, but it is not doing so, although the fax is sent successfully. I have followed instructions from the help menu:-

To enable Fax Monitor to open automatically
1. Click Start, click Control Panel, click Printers and Other Hardware, and then click Printers and Faxes.
2. Right-click your local fax printer, click Properties, and then click the Tracking tab.
3. To open Fax Monitor automatically when a fax is being sent, click Sent.
4. To open Fax Monitor automatically when a fax is being received, click Received.
