Automatically change outgoing mail server when travelling?

I work on a notebook computer and run Vista. I use OUtlook 2003, have 4 different email accounts and use the machine at home and at the office.

THe problem is, I have a different ISP at both, and each of them have their own outgoing mail servers. Both of them also block 3rd party outgoing mail servers (some kind of spam thing, I think).

So what I'm wondering is if there is a way to automatically change the outgoing mail servers for all of my email accounts when I switch locations.

Any advice would be greatly apprecaited.
