Outlook 2002 cannot send emails - 0x800CCC0F

I have Outlook 2002 and running Windows XP 5.1 SP2. Yesterday i was unable to send emails from either of my pop3/SMTP accounts. I have read through this forum and tried the suggestions but to no avail.

I have McAffee firewall/spamkiller turned on. I ran Skybot and Ewido which only found click tracker cookies. I have taken off the Preview Panel in Outlook. I have tried doing a system restore. I have tried doing Detect and Repair in Outlook. No changes have been made to my email setting and they look ok. I have been through my inbox and checked for any suspicious emails - yahoo and McAfee seems to catch most of them anyway but I found nothing. I have deleted all emails from my deleted folder.

I use Outlook for my business and am desparately looking for a solution. At the moment the only way to send emails is to do it via the webmail page which has limited formatting.

But without the details your fastest fix is to call your ISP and have them walk you through the settings. Nothing in your post supplies any specific action.

BTW, sometimes SMTP works better as smtp.
