Jumpy Video/Sound/mouse

When i start my pc the first time of the day after around 5 to 10 min the whole pc start jumping, this means video, sound and mouse... i just restart the pc then i can use it for hours with no issue...

I have changed the GPU 3 times so i don't think it is the GPU or well maybe any of you could help me identify the problem.

It sounds like not enough RAM, how much do you have? RAM is cheap. I upgraded my laptop with 8 GB for $42. What version of Windows do you have? My crystal ball was unable to tell me.

mmm it is a bit strange i have 8gb ram, mypc is almost a year old. Is there anyway to check if is RAM relateD?

Why when i restart it then goes fine? did this happen to you?

We still don't know what version of Windows you have, so I can't give you specifics. Yes, there're ways to tell what's happening with RAM, but details differ from one version of Windows to the next.

OK, here're a couple of things

First do a CTRL-ALT-DEL and select Start Task Manager. Click the Processes tab, then click the Memory header twice. This will show what's using memory with the biggest ones at the top. Be sure to check the box that says Show processes from all users.
If the above doesn't help, you can check the rather cryptic system event log. To do that click Start -> Control Panel -> Administrative Tools -> Event Viewer. Once in Event Viewer click on the system log and scroll through the entries looking for those flagged "error" to see if you can find hints as to where the problem could be.
