Hello there. This is my first post so I hope I've come to the right place. I recently have been experimenting with printing my artwork. All of the artwork is hand drawn. Sometimes I take a picture in daylight using my Nikon Coolpix 14MP and sometimes I scan my images using an Epson 610. I like to compare the pictures and make any corrections I see fit. Now this is where the tricky part comes in. I choose to have my prints made at Office Depot. When they scan and print the images they come out very close to the original yet when I share my files from home they come out very blurry. Why is this? I have looked into my settings on both devices and found I am only able to save in JPEG format. Will converting these images to TIFF then giving them to the clerk at Office Depot make a difference? I know Office Depot isn't the most professional business to go through in order to make art prints but that is my preference. I know I am rambling so I will stop while I am ahead. Thanks.
