I guess I'll have to see for myself.

BTW according to the announcement it states:

..you should see the Warning notice displayed when you attempt to reply it:

When attempting to "reply" I see no warning notice displayed. Unless I will see it when I hit submit.

The warning does not come when I attempt to reply but appears some way below the actual text box.
It would probably be better placed above subject line

Are you questioning the placement of the warning, so the poster doesn't have to waste time creating a post? Only to find out afterwards .. the thread is old? If that's the case, I agree.

On second thought, it may serve as further discouragement.

I think I'll go to a different forum. One which is more .. user-friendly. And has no time constraints.
With that said.. it's a great idea. I like it.
