So, previewing the above post both Microsoft links work without WYSIWYG and either with or without {url=}, (ie, just {url}

But neither Google links work either with {url=} or without.

The same when submitted.

So to recap;

When using WYSIWYG, I must use the = sign as in {url=http://www.google.com}{b}google{/b}{/url}

But when not using WYSIWYG I can get away with {url http://www.google.com}{b}google{/b}{/url}, ie no = sign.

But in no BBS cases does just www.google.com work;

{url www.google.com}{b]website{/b}{/url} and {url=www.google.com}{b}web site{/b}{/url} both fail.

LOL! I used an imaginary www.website.com initially in this post. In Preview it was clickable and I got a WOT red warning!
