Does anyone know what the effect of the Google AdSense policy change is for the incredibar toolbar?

Does the change make it easier or harder to install/uninstall and is there a change in the number of advertisements listed on the search toolbar?

If you google incredibar, you'll notice that by far the most popular context of the hits is about how to remove it. So for the average user (and the average advertiser) an ad more or less in it seems to be rather unimportant.

And how could the way Google decides to show ads have anything to do with installing or uninstalling anything on my PC?

Google changed its policy on installations of toolbars from opt-out to opt-in. This means that a user has to check the box to install the toolbar rather than it automatically doing so prior. I guess I am wondering if anyone has noticed this change because of all the chatter on uninstalling before.

On the search, is there a difference between how the incredibar search page appeared now than it did say in the fall?
