Launch IE9 compatability view?

Hi

We have a number of users on a domain, and was wondering if it is possible to launch a websie by default for all users in compatability mode? I have read somethng about group policies would this work and if so is there a dummies guide on how to set this up? Also if users had shortcuts on thier desktops that launch the site is it possible to just configure the shortcurt to laucnch in compatability mode? Thanks

On https://www.learningtree.com/courses/963/windows-server-group-policy/ I see a 4 day course offered. That means it's impossible to tell everything in an answer in this forum.

Why not ask your boss to send you to a course like this if he wants a professional system manager? But maybe he doesn't want that? Then just walk along that number of users and configure it manually.
