Unfortunately I do not know how to resolve the issue you're encountering, but you can contact the support team by scrolling to the bottom of the page and clicking on the "Help Center" link. From there, select CNET Downloads and then click the "submit a question" link on the subsequent page.

Hi,

I am getting the same type of error box to pop up every time I attempt to install an application downloaded from CNET's download.com web site. Is there a known problem? If so, where can users get the answer? I have never encountered this problem with previous downloads.
