Firefox, Seamonkey losing focus

A couple of days ago after downloading the latest Flash, Firefox and Seamonkey would lose focus upon opening on two different computers. I would have to click somewhere in the browser to use it. No scrolling.

I went to Adobe's site and downloaded the uninstaller and ran it, then deleted the suggested files from Windows/system32.

Went back to Adobe's site and installed Flash again. Same thing happened. Uninstalled again.

This time I went to a site with Seamonkey that uses Flash.
Got the warning message that I was missing a plugin. I clicked on install plugin and it installed from Adobe (?).

After that, both browsers worked perfect.

What a load of crap...

After installing the latest "Update" for Flash which showed up, Seamonkey and Firefox is loosing focus again.

Thanks to Adobe, they have removed the link for just the plugin and it's one big circle jerk with the Flash.
Uninstall... install... uninstall.... What a load of crap. Still no focus.

Roll back

Roll back your system to when it last worked using System Restore.

Flash is not treating Firefox very well at the moment and they are trying to fix it. I assume the same with SeaMonkey. It is something to do with the new Flash private browsing function I think.

If the roll back works do not let Flash update. Change that in the Control Panel.

Found it...

I did find an archived version at: http://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/archived-flash-player-versions.html#main_Archived_versions 10.3.183.20 (6/8/12).

It downloads as a .zip file and installs from there.
It solves the problems and shows up in Windows programs as the Flash plugin.

When Flash is uninstalled from Windows and the plugin(?) installed from 10.3.183.20 (6/8/12) for Firefox and Seamonkey, it does not installed in IE.
However, you can go to a Flash site with IE and it will ask to download the Flash Player. This will download the Active X version for IE but, it will not effect Firefox or Seamonkey with the 10 version for them.
All is well.
