Saved Password in Chrome

Win 7.
I want to do backup to all my Chrome preference before formating the system.
So i copied the folder of my User.
After the format i copied the folder to the right location and all of my history and cookie are in it.
Even my saved password.
When I'm log in to my gmail account i don't need to type the password at all, which is good but..
The problem is that when i go to "managed safe password" and than under "Saved Password" i press "show" I've got nothing!

It seems like the password is definitely "in" the browsers somewhere but i can't "see" it!

I did tried that with no hope..
its not showing the password.


How can i Extract my password?
