repaired fake virus spyware, now my Opera program wont work.

I had a fake virus program, which I think originated while I was using Opera.Had a horrible 3 days stopping the popups. Used Rkill and Avast in safe mode, which stopped the popups. Now I cant get opera to work. I removed the Opera program, and installed a fresh copy. Still wont work. The error message shows the following, HTTP://av_armor.com/purchase?pchwin&R=50.9. Anyone have a clue as to what that is?

yea had the same happened to explorer, you can get rid of some of it, but it changes some window settings, just re-install the os
