HOW DO YOU "CLOSE" CHROME?

In order to install Adobe Flash Player 10.0.42.34 I was asked to first
"CLOSE CHROME". How do I do that?

My specs:
Dell Dimension 9200
Windows XP Home SP3 (was SP2; updated 12/20/2008)
Intel Core 2 Duo
6420 @ 2.13 GHZ
2 GB RAM
DVD-ROM, DVD+-RW
160GB hard drive (actual available: 149GB)
Date of order: 6/13/2007

How do you close Chrome normally?

A.) Click the red 'X' in the upper right corner of the Chrome window(s).
B.) Right-click the Chrome tab(s) on the Windows task bar and select Close.
C.) With the Chrome window focused, press Alt + F4.
D.) Open Task Manager by pressing Ctrl + Shift + Esc, select Chrome.exe from the list under the Processes tab, and click End Task.

Your choice.
