Google will not load

I can not load any Google websites or search google via the tool bar. This goes for both FireFox and I.E.7.

I am running XP Pro w/ firewall turned off. I have no other firewall running. I have done a complete spyware scan (twice). I uninstalled FireFox and even turned off Norton (Corp. 10). I have cleared all history, cookies, etc. and still nothing. After trying to load I get "Address not valid" message in I.E.7 and a "connection timed out" message in FireFox. Someone told me my "Hosts" may be messed up but I have no idea how to fix that if it is the case.

As stated, all other web paged load just fine.

Thanks for any help.. It's driving me crazy!!!

Also did you try running CCleaner?

Tried both Rick but didn't work. Thanks..

I am behind a D-Link router but other 3 computers on it work fine.

I'm really stuck on this one! It's crazy it's just Google! Any address that has "google" in it will not load.

I've also ran a registry scan with Registry Mechanic... No help..

Some router have firewalls in them. Did you try to disable the firewall in the router?
