Best browser for low-configuration PC

Hi to all,
I am a student with a low configuration PC.It is Celeron 266Mhz,64MB ram and 98SE OS.I have Firefox,Opera 9,SeaMonkey,K-meleon and IE.
My problem is that my favourite and default browser Firefox is very slow on my system. It takes around 1+ min(yes, believe it)to load and then to switch between tabs it takes around 15-30 sec.It gives me not-so- pleasant experience but I am addicted to its virtues.
I had read not so good review about Opera's security so I avoid it and same with IE.I have tried Mozilla suite and it was far faster and same is with SeaMonkey(current one)but my main concern is security.
I have Agnitum Outpost wih AVG free 7.1.
Plz tell me some alternative with security and speed.Should I block all the ActiveX,VB and JavaScript from the firewall.
Any other advice would also be deeply appreciated.
Thanks you so much in advance,
Rex
