Netflix will not load - losing my mind

I have 2 computers that are identical behind a Netgear prosafe FW/print server. Both are running WIN XP. One machine primarily running Mozilla and the other runs IE 6.0 SP2. I have DSL via Verizon.
Recently the IE machine can no longer get to Netflix, but the other machine can. On the other machine, if I launch IE 6 SP2 I can get to Netflix fine.
I downloaded a trial version of httpwatch and it looks like there is a loop, but I can not define how it is happening. I have Ad-aware SE personal build 106r1 as well as McAfee Virus scan 7.0. My FW settings are default but pretty good I think. I have cleared cache, history and all settings. I have scanned the registry for netfl looking for odd settings.
So I scanned the machine, checked for viruses but I can find no reason for this error.
http watch provides the following info (edited for clarity)
00:00:00.000 GET 302 Redirect to http://www.netflix.com/Default http://www.netflix.com/2
00:00:00.160 GET 302 Redirect to http://www.netflix.com/Default?cqs=&tcw=true http://www.netflix.com/Default
00:00:00.258 GET 302 Redirect to http://www.netflix.com/Default http://www.netflix.com/Default?cqs=&tcw=true
00:00:00.355 GET 302 Redirect to http://www.netflix.com/Default?cqs=&tcw=true http://www.netflix.com/Default
00:00:00.459 GET 302 Redirect to http://www.netflix.com/Default http://www.netflix.com/Default?cqs=&tcw=true
00:00:00.563 GET 302 Redirect to http://www.netflix.com/Default?cqs=&tcw=true http://www.netflix.com/Default
So I see the loop but what is causing it. I can resolve the URL fine nslookup shows netflix at 216.35.131.200, thus I have DNS resolution. The 302 redirect looks fine go to www.netflix.com/Default - but it is just not loading. For some reason it just enters a loop. The final page is Page can not be displayed.
I am at wits end
