Linux forum: Linux Error

Linux Error

i am running linux and podzilla etc on my 4g ipod mini and when i boot it up on my ipod there is an error message which appears as follows:

Bus error
No more tasks for
init -- sleeping
forever

What does this mean and how can i fix it? also, when podzilla does happen to work i go into the menu and i see extras and games etc but.. WHERE IS MY MUSIC. i know that it is definatly on my ipod because when i stop running ipodlinux and return to the normal ipod mini menu i can play all my music

fault-common.c (97) is a general kernel error message. Going to that line in the code probably won't do much for you. If you have access to the object code (objdump) you might be able to use the output to find the offending function. This is assuming you have access to the source code and can build the software. If I find some answers on this exact same error message (completely unrelated project), I will let you know.
