Wordpress vs. Joomla

Does anyone know the differences between Wordpress and Joomla, from a search engine optimization standpoint? Wondering what the advantages are of one platform versus the other. Many thanks.

both of these platforms can do an equally suitable job in terms of SEO. It's often not the CMS that's the problem, it's the person implementing it.

Your question is very hard to answer because it's not proper English. The word "suites" might be incorrect but maybe you meant "suits" or even "suites suit". But I can't guess which it really was meant to be.

If some theme is suitable or not is up to the business to decide. You can't force them to use your theme.

i was wondering if i should take joomla or .net or wordpress ?currently i am taking PHP course at IT Training Nepal n i was thinking of taking some more course...plz help ehich should i opt for?

1. Joomla.

A course on this would be for those that are going to learn more systems other than Joomla. Any web master will learn many tools.

2. Wordpress.

A good choice if someone wants to make their own site and is not embarking on a web master career path.

go with WordPress. It's very pleasant to work with from a front-end and back-end perspective. There's good documentation on how to create plugins to enhance its capabilities. I'd say start there, then starting looking for courses on Drupal, if you really want to get into development.

I actually wouldn't go with either Wordpress or Joomla. There's a website builder I've been using recently - Exai.com - that has built-in SEO for the websites. It automatically optimizes keywords that are relevant to your websites' topic, and also provides you with a simple platform to manage your SEO parameters.

Hi

In Concern with the SEO Point of view both are same. We can use joomla for basically Product Base Site & WordPress For Without Product Base Sites. Means anybody can make your site for using WordPress. It is so simple.

WordPress is easy to configure, Learn & do Coding. All the Functionally Will the WordPress. So we will just only take care for Customization part only & some more things.
